About Me
The 2019-2020 school year is my third year teaching at St. James Intermediate School, and my 25th year in education. Before teaching at St. James Intermediate School, I was a 6th grade social studies teacher for 4 years at St. James Middle School, an instructional technology coach and teacher in Georgetown, South Carolina and in Lexington, North Carolina. For my education, I have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina plus a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies Education from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
Personally, my wife, son, and I live in the Burgess Community. We are active in Horry County Parks and Recreation Athletics and St. Michael's Catholic Church. Additionally, we love to eat at the local restaurants in Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet. I was born and raised in small town outside of Binghamton, New York called Greene, New York. In high school, I was a member of the soccer, wrestling, and golf teams. My parents, brother, and one of my sisters still live in Greene, and my other sister lives in Alexandria, Virginia. |
